LOS ANGELES (AP) A judge has agreed that Justin Bieber has paid his debt to society. A judge in Los Angeles took Bieber off formal probation for a 2014 incident in which Bieber caused about $80,000 in damage by egging his neighbor’s house. Part of Bieber’s sentence was to complete 40 hours of community labor. A program director at a homeless shelter says Bieber finished his service there and was willing to get his hands dirty with maintenance and janitorial work.
