All About Michelle Lorraine
If you have ever stopped by the WQRC tent at one of the numerous events we host, chances are it was myself and the WQRC road crew that set it up, got the music going and probably handed you some FREE stuff simply for stopping by.
I have the BEST job of working with incredible non-

profit organizations and local businesses to create on-air promotions and on-site events - everything from 5K runs to black tie fundraisers. We are a true 'hands-on', community oriented organization that is willing to work with organizations and businesses to make their events extra special.
You may reach me at 508-771-1224 (ext. 119) and via email at michellelorraine@capecodbroadcasting.com
Why radio?
I got in to radio simply for the love of music..... and the chance to work with creative, weird, fun people.
What do you like best about your job?
I am so thankful that I have the opportunity to work with so many great non-profit groups here on Cape Cod. Our owner is a local Cape Codder, and he firmly believes that it is priority #1 for our companies to continually give back to the community. Part of my job is to find fun and interesting ways to do that and I love it!

Where did you grow up?
I grew up just outside of Los Angeles, like ya' know, ohmygawd?
What are your favorite activities/interests?
Ahh , now this sounds so typical, but I LOVE to garden and cook - and when I get to cook things that I've grown in the garden - BLISS!
Where are you when not at work?
In the garden., or curled up in a warm, sunny spot with a good book, or birdwatching...or walking the 'oh-so famous' Emmy the Wonder Dog - she attends WQRC events from time to time and is quite a ham!

In memory of the 2 best dogs ever
Ruby & Pearl

2 of the most amazing creatures I have ever known and I miss them every day!
Ruby & Pearl were truly special animals that taught me alot about life and the importance of living life to the fullest.
I still cannot belive they are gone from our lives forever.
If you are an animal lover, I hope you will take a moment and consider a donation to the Sampson Fund - a wonderful local non-profit that provides critical veterinary care for animals on Cape Cod and the Islands. This wonderful organization can help save lives and lessen the financial stress of pet owners during these tough times.
