LOS ANGELES (AP) — For the first time in 10 weeks, Adele’s “Hello” is not the number-one song in the nation. Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” takes over the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. “Sorry” ties a record for most weeks at number two before hitting number one. OutKast’s “The Way You Move” was stuck at number two for eight weeks in 2003 and 2004 before taking over the top spot. It was kept out of the number-one position by their own song, “Hey Ya.”
