CHICAGO (AP) — Metallica was the surprise headliner for Lollapalooza in 1996. They will return to headline Lollapalooza again this year. Paul McCartney and Sam Smith will also be among the 130 acts for this year’s festival, set for July 31 to Aug. 2 in Chicago. Other performers include Florence And The Machine, The Weeknd, Of Monsters And Men, Tame Impala, ASAP Rocky, Walk The Moon and Charli XCX.
