NEW YORK (AP) — Today is the United Nations’ International Day of Happiness, and the man right in the middle of it all is “Happy” singer Pharrell Williams. He will light the Empire State Building yellow this afternoon as part of the International Day of Happiness. He is inviting people to upload photos of themselves being happy at www.GlobalHappyParty.com that will be transformed into an animation set to the tune of “Happy.”
