LOS ANGELES (AP) — Sean “Diddy” Combs says he was defending himself and his son at UCLA in an incident that led to Combs’ arrest. A statement from Combs’ representative says he’s confident once the facts are revealed, the case will be dismissed. Combs was arrested Monday for an alleged assault involving a weight-room kettleball at the school’s athletic facilities. Combs’ son Justin plays football there. Officials did not say who was assaulted or what led to it. No one was seriously injured.
