CHICAGO (AP) — Survivor guitarist Frankie Sullivan is suing Mike Huckabee’s presidential campaign for using “Eye of the Tiger” at a Kentucky rally. Sullivan’s lawsuit filed in Chicago federal court yesterday says Huckabee’s campaign used the song without permission at a September rally as Kim Davis left jail with Huckabee. Davis is the county clerk who refused to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples. The suit asks for unspecified damages and a judge’s order for Huckabee’s campaign to stop using the song. Huckabee’s campaign did not return calls for comment.
