ATLANTA (AP) — T.I. is getting on the serious tip when it comes to his music. So much so, he’s changed his name to “Tip” as he reboots his music career. And he’s striking out on his own, too; breaking away from his label. Lately, T.I. has gotten more attention from the reality show he did with his wife and kids and his collaborations with other acts than with his own music. He hopes that will change with last month’s release of his new EP “Da’ Nic” and his upcoming 10th album, “The Dime Trap,” due out later this year.
