VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) — Bon Jovi’s concert to celebrate a new album release has been called off because the city of Vancouver says the promoter failed to get the right permits. Saturday’s show was set for a day after Bon Jovi plans to release the “Burning Bridges” album as a tie-in to their international tour. Promoter Paper Rain Performances says it requested but could not secure a postponement from Bon Jovi’s management.
